HEY, I’M JEN

Combat veteran. FORMER trauma coach.
Now I read Human Design charts, talk to animals, and live on a farm with 50 rescues who completely changed my life.

For years, I survived on hyper-independence, and being the “good girl.” I thought healing meant working harder on myself. It wasn’t until I discovered Human Design that I began to decondition from all the layers that were never truly mine.

Animal communication took me even deeper. The animals reflected back parts of myself I had long forgotten. They helped me reconnect with my intuition, my truth, and my ability to live fully as myself.

Now, I help women step into soul-led living:
→ Trusting their intuition
→ Understanding their energetic mechanics through Human Design
→ Deepening their connection with the animals who have always seen who they truly are

I’m a 2/4 Sacral Manifesting Generator with Individual Circuitry, which means I’m here to respond to life, follow my sacral, and empower others to do the same.

My readings blend lived experience, intuitive connection, and a deep love for helping women come home to themselves with their animals right by their side.
